Once in possession of your NEXUS card, you can make use of special NEXUS lines for security and customs at the Winnipeg airport. Only the Emerson crossing has a dedicated NEXUS lane, though you can use your card at any border crossing.
There is also one NEXUS-ready marine port of entry in Manitoba.
