There are two NEXUS enrolment centres that service New Brunswick, one in New Brunswick and one in Maine. They are located:

Once you have your NEXUS Card, you can make use of dedicated NEXUS lanes at the Woodstock crossing and also the main crossing at St. Stephen:

You can use your card at all border crossings, but these are the only two in New Brunswick with dedicated NEXUS lanes.
If you have a boat, New Brunswick has a number of marine ports of entry where you can use your NEXUS Card.
